For orthopaedic manufacturers & distributors

One platform. Switched on segment by segment.

RepHQ carries the registry-grade core — NJR volumes, ODEP ratings, PROMs outcomes, hospitals and surgeons — for every deployment. Your company then onboards only the segments you actually sell into, and each one arrives fully loaded: your catalogue, your sizing, your market share, your navigation.

The core

The registry layer every deployment gets

This is the part that does not vary by company. It is loaded, maintained and quality-checked by RepHQ, and it is what makes every segment above it worth switching on. Pricing for the core is agreed per contract and is not published.

NJR

National Joint Registry volumes

Surgeon-level and hospital-level procedure volumes, per joint, per year — the base every market-share figure is projected from.

OD

ODEP ratings

Ratings held against the specific rated construct — not the brand family — with lapsed and withdrawn entries tracked rather than hidden.

PR

NHS PROMs outcomes

Patient-reported outcome data across hip and knee providers, matched to the hospitals on the patch.

HO

Hospitals & surgeons

Curated NHS and independent site list from NHS Digital ODS, with GMC-verified surgeons and their sites — including private practice.

TC

Territory continuity

Every relationship, preference, volume and action is recorded against the territory, not the individual. A leaver hands over a running patch.

VL

Visit logging & offline

One-tap visit capture with a sync queue, camera and clipboard capture, and offline PDF caching for theatre corridors with no signal.

No price point published on the core. Add-on pricing is set per company at contract. Core platform pricing is not published. What is fixed is the shape: core platform, plus the segments you onboard, plus the tailoring you ask for.
How it is packaged

Three layers, priced separately

A national orthopaedic company and a single-territory distributor buy the same platform. What differs is how many segments are switched on and how much of it is shaped to their own portfolio.

1

Core platform Every deployment

Registry data, hospitals, surgeons, visit logging, territory continuity, admin hierarchy, sync and support. Nothing works without it and everything else plugs into it.

Price not yet published
Set per contract during pilot. No list price.
2

Segment add-ons Billable, per segment

Hip Primary, Knee Primary, Shoulder, and nine more. Each one is a discrete billable unit: onboarding, your catalogue, segment-filtered navigation and segment-level reporting. Onboard three, pay for three.

Price on application
Per segment, per company. Bundled where a company takes several.
3

Company tailoring Optional

Market share per segment, your device library and techniques, custom fields, CRM sync and branding, and tender and framework watch — each scoped to the segments you have onboarded.

Price on application
Quoted per module, per segment scope.
Segments

Onboard only what you sell

Segments are agreed with your company and switched on for it. Your reps see that set and nothing else — no scrolling past eight joints to find the two they work in. Eight segments are backed directly by National Joint Registry volume; four more run on the same machinery without a registry base.

Hip Primary

NJR-backed

Cemented and cementless primary hip, summed into one segment the way a rep actually sells it.

Knee Primary

NJR-backed

Total knee arthroplasty — the volume segment, and the one where sizing conversations open doors.

Partial Knee

NJR-backed

Unicompartmental and patellofemoral, kept under one heading — PFJ sits inside Partial Knee, not beside it.

Hip Revision

NJR-backed

Revision hip — fewer cases, longer sales cycles, and the segment that proves a company can support complex work.

Knee Revision

NJR-backed

Revision knee — the segment where support, availability and evidence outrank price.

Trauma

No registry base

Trauma — high case volume, consignment-heavy, and driven by availability as much as preference.

Onboarding

What switching a segment on actually does

Onboarding is not a training session. It is a set of switches that change what data loads, what a rep can see, and how the app is navigated from that point on.

1
Your national admin, with RepHQ

Your segments are agreed and switched on

You decide which segments your team sells into; RepHQ switches them on against your company record. Every rep then sees that set and nothing else — choose Hip Primary, Knee Primary and Shoulder and that is exactly what appears.

2
RepHQ + your marketing team

Your catalogue loads into each segment

Implants, ODEP ratings, operative techniques, sizing charts, nursing packs and publications are loaded into each of your segments, so a rep opening Shoulder sees your shoulder portfolio, not a generic list.

3
Your sales management

Territories and hospitals mapped

Each rep selects the hospitals they are accountable for on first install. Territory volume is then calculated from registry data for your segments only.

4
Each rep, once

Reps pick the segments they work in

The rep chooses their own segments from your company's set. The selection is clamped to that set — drop a segment and it disappears from their view automatically.

5
Automatic

Data, navigation and share light up

Home tile, market table, hospital view, resources and admin drill-down all filter to the chosen segments from that moment. Nothing else has to be configured.

Navigation

One tap narrows the whole app

A rep who works hip and shoulder should never have to filter knee out of a list. Selecting a segment filters the surgeon list, the hospital view, the market table, the resources library and the admin drill-down at the same time.

Home

Territory tile shows market size, coverage and share broken down by the segments this rep works in. Quick actions are drag-to-reorder per rep.

Segment

One tap filters the whole app. Surgeon lists, hospital views, resources and the market table all narrow to that segment.

Hospital

Segment-filtered market share for the site, the surgeons who carry the volume, and what has been recorded against each of them.

Surgeon

Registry volume, GMC verification, recorded implant preference and visit history for the segment in question.

Resources

Operative technique, sizing charts, nursing packs and publications for that segment, cached for offline use.

Managers get the same filter in reverse. UK nationalRegionTerritoryHospital: national coverage per segment, drilling to a region, then by segment or by rep, then to a hospital — with a scope override so a national manager can view one patch without losing their own.
Tailored per company

Anything else you need, scoped to the segment

Once segments are onboarded they become the unit everything else is measured in. These modules are quoted separately and applied only to the segments you have switched on.

Market share per segment

Most requested

NJR market size, captured coverage and attributed share for the segments you sell into — at hospital, territory, region and UK scope.

  • Market volume and captured volume shown side by side, so early coverage is never mistaken for lost share
  • Attributed share = registry surgeon volume × recorded implant preference, stated as a projection rather than sales data
  • Coverage % per segment tells your managers exactly where preference capture still needs work
  • Scope override so a national manager can look at one territory without losing their own view

Your device library and techniques

Per segment

Each segment carries your own catalogue: implants with ODEP ratings, operative techniques, sizing charts, nursing packs and publications.

  • Four resource types per segment: operative technique, sizing charts, nursing packs, publications
  • Sizing tools switch on only where they apply — hip and knee primary and revision, and acetabular cups
  • Offline PDF caching so a technique opens in a theatre corridor with no signal
  • Update once centrally and every rep in the segment has it the same day

Custom fields, CRM sync and branding

Company-specific

Segment questions, sync and look-and-feel configured to how your company actually sells.

  • Company-specific questions at preference capture, defined per segment
  • Bidirectional Salesforce and Veeva sync so RepHQ feeds the system of record rather than competing with it
  • White-label branding, SSO and a company admin dashboard scoped to your segments
  • Three admin levels in your company — national, regional, rep — with territory scoping enforced in the database

Tender and framework watch

Public-notice only

Official procurement notices and framework renewal windows matched to the trusts on your patch, filtered to the segments you have taken.

  • Built from published public procurement notices and framework dates only
  • Filtered to the segments and trusts that are actually yours
  • Renewal windows surfaced ahead of time, not after the tender closes
  • No competitor pricing, no third-party commercial data — public notices and your own records, nothing else
On market share, plainly. RepHQ projects share as registry surgeon volume multiplied by recorded implant preference. Market size and coverage are always shown alongside it, so a low captured figure reads as "not yet recorded" rather than "lost". It is a projection built from public registry data and your own records — not another company's sales data.
Questions

The ones that come up first

Why price segments separately at all?
Because companies do not sell all of orthopaedics. A shoulder-and-elbow specialist should not fund hip revision onboarding, and a hip-and-knee major should not have their reps wading through segments they will never call on. Separate pricing keeps the entry point low and the value obvious.
What does the core cost?
Add-on pricing is set per company at contract. Core platform pricing is not published. The core is agreed per company at contract, sized to team and scope. What is published here is the structure, so a buyer knows exactly which lines they will be quoted.
Can we start with one segment?
Yes — that is the intended entry. One segment on one territory is a working deployment. Segments are added later without any migration: your national admin asks, we switch it on, and it appears in every rep's picker on their next sync.
What happens if we drop a segment?
Dropping a segment removes it from every rep's view immediately, because rep selections are clamped to your company's set. The recorded data is retained against your company, not deleted.
Do the segments match the registry exactly?
The eight registry-backed segments map directly onto National Joint Registry joint labels — Hip Primary sums cemented and cementless, and patellofemoral sits inside Partial Knee rather than beside it. Spine, trauma, foot and ankle, and sports have no national registry equivalent, so those segments report recorded activity and say so.
Is any of this competitor data?
No. Market share is projected from public registry volumes and preferences your own team records. Tender and framework information comes from published public procurement notices. RepHQ does not sell, resell or infer another company's confidential sales data.
